Stephanie started her fitness career at the University of Pittsburgh with a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. She attended Point Park University and received a Bachelor degree in Dance. Stephanie has the Personal Training Certification and the Health Coach Certification from ACE Fitness, a Group Fitness Certification from AFAA, and a CPR certification from the American Red Cross.
With over 20 years experience as a certified fitness professional, her true passion is helping people overcome a sedentary behavior and making physical activity a regular part of their lives. Her workout program is tailored to client’s goals, needs; and makes allowances for current physical conditions and medical background. She helps clients achieve specific fitness goals effectively and safely.
Stephanie has a sincere interest in working with baby boomers and older adults, as well as adults of all ages, genders, body types and fitness levels.
